1. Q: Do you provide the sample?
A: (1) For Regular customers: Yes, we will provide the sample for free.
(2) For new customers: Yes, but the customer need to pay for the sample in the first time. After you place order, we will deduct the sample fee from the total amount of your order.
2. Q: Which kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A:
Usually, we need to receive 30% deposit of the total amount when you place order and 70% balance at copy of BL.
3. Q: What about the delivery time?
A: It depends on the quantity of the goods. But usually, after we receive your deposit, we can delivery in about 30-45 days.
4. Q: Do you accept OEM condition and what is minimum quantity for OEM condition?
A: Yes, OEM is welcomed and the minimum quantity is 300prs if the last and sole you want is what we have.
5. Q: What is your minimum quantity?
A: Our minimum quantity depends on the different materials.
(1) Leather Shoes: 120prs per style per color.
(2) Piece leather shoes: 120prs per style per color.
(3) PU Shoes: 300prs per style per color.
6. Q: How to order?
A: Please choose the styles you are interested in together with your potential quantity and then we work out price.
1) For small order: When you confirm the price, you can send us an order list, including Style No., Quantity, Price and Total. After we received your order list, we will confirm the order then send you the PI (Performa Invoice) with delivery cost and payment information to you. We will make and send out your goods upon receipt of your payment.
2) For large order: When you confirm the price, please send us order list, including Style No., Quantity, Price and Total. After we confirm the order, customers T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
